It’s evident from their latest album that the group Bryndis’s nickname, “The group that sings to love,” is a warranted one. A Nuestro Estilo, which dropped Feb. 12, is ten songs that are not only filled with emotion but with a vocal and songwriting prowess not often heard in large group bands.

In recent years the group Bryndis has undergone multiple changes in their line up, but that hasn’t stopped the group from producing top notch music. This is especially apparent in their newest single, “Me Vuelvo Un Cobarde” in which lead singer Andy Zuniga croons about lost love.

Aleida Fernandez is a recent graduate from Whitman College where she studied history and music. She was an active member of the student newspaper, The Pioneer, and during her senior year, was the Publisher of the organization. More recently, she interned at The Smithsonian as a research assistant and at Federal Computer Week, a federal IT magazine.
