Latin music’s hottest duo, Chino y Nacho, went out with a bang in 2015, ready to show the world that they’ll be dominating the New Year just as much as they did the last. After a year full of top-music nominations and awards, hot video releases, and a new album that consistently stayed at the top of hte charts, it’s easy to see why the world loves Chino y Nacho.
Now, they’re already prepping to take the next big wave of music awards, with THREE 2016 Premio Lo Nuestro Award nominations for Univision’s 2016 Premio Lo Nuestro Awards. They duo will compete for the following categories: Album of the Year, Group or Duo of the Year, and Tropical Artist of the Year. They’ve dominated the Tropical Artist category for the past few years, so it’ll be interesting to see if they can continue to hold onto this coveted award this year.
There’s no doubt that Chino y Nacho will give the competition a run for their money though. Their recent hits – Tú Me Quemas and Me Voy Enamorando – have become worldwide sensations, and they’re slated to continue their international Radio Universo Tour this year with upcoming dates in Canada.
