This weekend, don’t miss the chance to come out and support local businesses and corporations in the DMV area, who will be showcasing their products, goods, and services. The DC Latino Expo & Summit will take place on Saturday, December 13th from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 14th from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and will take place at the Washington Convention Center (801 Mr. Vernon Place NW, Washington D.C.). The venue is easily accessible off of the Yellow/Green line if you exit the Mt. Vernon Sq/7th St-Convention Center stop.
The DC Latino Expo & Summit will feature a health and fitness fair, a home buying fair, a college and education fair, a career and job fair, and a children’s fair. There will also be sections devoted to arts and collectibles and travel and tourism. Learn about Non-Profit Agencies, check out local goods and supplies from vendors, attend seminars and workshops on topics like immigration and health, and enjoy the live entertainment and dance contests going on throughout the weekend.
