This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Billboard Latin Music Conference in L.A. and this year they’ve got a surprise for the world. An interview with none other than Enrique Iglesias will be the jewel of the celebration.
Iglesias will be interviewed by Leila Cobo, Billboard’s Executive Director of Latin content, and it will focus on the superstar’s incredible career, including his 24 times at Number 1 on Billboard’s charts. Iglesias is also “a finalist for seven Billboard Latin Music Awards including social artist of the year, while his song “Loco” with Santos vies for six additional awards including Hot Latin Song of the Year, Hot Latin Song of the Year, Vocal Event and Tropical Song of the Year.”
The Billboard Latin Music Conference is the longest-running event dedicated to Latin music, and will feature other music experts and industry leaders such as “music producer Béco Dranoff; senior brand manager, US Hispanic & export of Post Foods Michael Foley; head of music partnerships Latin America of Google Play Adrian Harley; CEO of Lopez Negrete Communications Alex López Negrete; president & chief creative officer of Alma Luis Miguel Messianu; label relations of Spotify Valerie Miranda; COO of ArmySocial Manny Mora; vp/group account director of Latin Works Carlos Munoz; and senior director, digital strategy marketing of Sony Music Latin Juan Paz.”
