Manny Garcia is the main character of the Disney Junior series Handy Manny. Along with his 8 tools/friends (e.g. Felipe the Screwdriver), Manny is the best repairman of Sheetrock Hills. The show debuted in 2006 and was one of Disney Junior’s most successful shows for the next 7 years. Fawn is a major character in Disney’s Disney Fairies Franchise and is the best friend to the most well-known fairy Tinker-Bell. Appearing in 8 feature films, Fawn has become well beloved for her playful, energetic tomboy style, and for her fun-loving pranks. She is the animal talent fairy of the group, and one of her greatest skills is her ability to speak a wide range of animal languages.

3. Princess Elena

Princess Elena is the main character of the Disney/Disney Junior Animated Series Elena of Avalor which premiered in 2016. The story takes place in the same universe as Disney Junior’s Sofia the First. This show’s main character Sofia was often misunderstood to be Latina until it was later confirmed by Disney that she was not. 2. Kuzco

Kuzco from the Disney Animated Series The Emperor’s New School is a young Peruvian soon-to-be emperor. But surprisingly, he finds out that he must attend public school before he can claim the throne. As the protagonist, he battles both evil villains and his homework. Kuzco’s goofy, fun-loving and relatable personality  makes him one of our favorite Latino Disney characters of all time!

1. Miles Morales (Spider-Man)

In Spider-Man: Into the Spider Verse (2018), Miles Morales, is the main character and the Spider-Man of his universe. The hispanic/black teenager’s web-slinging skills and lovable personality help him and his teammates defeat villains like The Green Goblin. Although Miles is a little reluctant at first, his good-heart and bravery is why he always ends up saving the day!
