In the 2018 Billboard Latin Music Conference, Bad Bunny proves to the industry that he is indeed “The New Trap King“. The conference bestowed Bad Bunny to hold his very own sessions and talk about his insights in today’s Latin Music. Attendees of the “New Trap King” sessions got to hear straight from El Conejo Malo himself on how he came to masterfully fuse reggaeton with trap music. Consequently, the Puerto Rican singer also divulged some interesting facts about him to his audience. The New Trap King explained that his fashion statement was just a form of freestyle and that he’s somewhat scared with the thought of having all the successes disappearing one day.
“The New Trap King” panel took place at the Las Vegas conference last April 24. The session discussed the milestones of the featured artist’s career in the Latin Music industry. The following day, Bad Bunny delighted the audience with an awesome performance at the Honda Stage.
The 2018 Billboard Latin Music Conference ended on April 26 with an awards night held at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. Bad Bunny being one of the nominees for the “Artist of the Year” award, conquered the stage with his signature trap-reggaeton music style. Fans were sent jumping off their seats and danced to the beat of Bunny’s remix version of “Dura” by Daddy Yankee. The New Trap King was joined on the stage by Becky G and Natti Natasha who made the performance even more spectacular. Later than night, Bunny somehow struck the hearts of the audience with his classic ballad “Amorfoda“.
Dubbed as the New Trap King and being one of today’s most phenomenal Latin Music artists, the party never stops for El Conejo Malo. Along with Cardi B and J Balvin, Bunny sent the audience of the 2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival to greater heights of excitement as they performed their latest collaborative work “I Like It“.
Consequently in that same day, Bad Bunny rushed himself to the “City of Angels” to party with tens of thousands of fans who have been waiting in anticipation for his La Nueva Religion tour concert at The Forum. Other renowned artists such as Chris Brown, Beck G, and G Eazy set the stage ablaze as special guests which made the atmosphere throughout the arena even more ecstatic.
