The popularity of video game streaming has grown by the day. eSport athletes such as Ninja have become household names as they stun people with the massive earnings they are able to haul in. But just because you haven’t heard of a streamer doesn’t mean there aren’t some big names innovating the practice as we speak. So without further ado, here are the top 10 Hispanic gamers slowly but surely reaching celebrity status.

Micheal Santana, better known by his streamer name Imaqtpie, is one of the most popular video gamers in the world. Generally focusing on League of Legends videos and sporting the long locks of a demi-god, Imaqtpie has one of the largest internet followings in video game streaming. Sporting 2.4 million Twitch followers and 1.7 million YouTube subscribers, the Columbian and of Cuban descent gamer is one of the funniest and most entertaining personalities in the gaming world.  

2. Fernanfloo

Boasting a whopping 5 million Twitter followers and 30 million YouTube subscribers, Fernanfloo’s fast paced and witty humor has attracted a loyal following. He’s mastered the streamers ability to convey his feelings to the audience in game with his humorous reactions. Preferring games like Grand Theft V, Fortnite, and PUBG, Fernanfloo’s has one of the most viewed Spanish language streams on the internet.

3. AriGameplays

The only female streamer on this list, AriGameplays is one of the most enjoyable gaming streamers to watch. Her streams are almost always high energy, unlike many “too cool” to wake up streamers that are too busy wondering if there mom went shopping for hot pockets. The animations she includes to her streams add great entertainment value, evident from her 1.2 million YouTube subscribers.  And she’s not too hard on the eyes either.

4. GassyMexican

GassyMexican (Max Gonzales) is one of the funniest content creators out there, and not just in gaming. He is one of those rare streamers that wants his audience to have as much fun playing the games as he is. Being around on Twitch since 2011, the Mexican-American gamer has 747,000 followers and 1.4 million YouTube subscribers. His focus in streaming is one of wide variety, playing all sorts of games ranging from things like the soccer racing Rocket League and the story driven Red Dead Redemption 2.

5. Towilliee

Partnered with Twitch along with his 650,000 thousand followers, Roberto “Towilliee” Garcia’s bread and butter is the mother of all MMO RPG’s, World of Warcraft. Coming from a background of financial stress, Towilliee used his passion for WOW to kick start a career in gaming where his viewers value his voice and perspective on all matters pertaining to life. Shunning rude trolling in all forms, Towilliee is a class act with a fresh pair of shades.  

6. YoDa

Born in Sao Paulo into a military family, Filipe Noronha received a stroke of luck when he discovered League of Legends. He has one of the most impressive Twitch followings on this list, claiming over 1.2 million subscribers on Twitch alone. This makes him easily one of the most popular Spanish language streamers on Twitch today.

7. Kamikat

Kamikat, also known as Gabriel “Painkami” Bohm, is one of the most popular Brazilian Twitch streamer with over 515,000 followers and is among some of the most-viewed Portuguese-language streams. Generally seen to be one of the top League of Legends players in Brazil, the Pelotas born streamer accredits League of Legends for helping to get out of his initially introverted shell.

8. BrownMan

Hailing from Austin Texas, the Twitch partner Ray “BrownMan” Narvaez variety streams with his half a million followers on both YouTube and Twitch. No doubt much of his following originated from his time as a member of Rooster Teeth, the group responsible to the popular show RWBY.  But besides that and his ever popular Pokémon streams, he is an avid supporter of his fellow streamers with his #RAYD campaigns at the end of his streams.

9. alexelcapo

Making gaming Youtube videos before it was a thing, Alejandro “alexelcapo” Fernández holds a staggering 1.5 million subscribers on YouTube along with another 370,000 followers on Twitch. He plays a wide variety of games from Stardew Valley to Ubisoft’s Asssasin’s Creed. Other popular games he streams include the cult followed Half Life and the indie game Cuphead.

10. Duende Pablo

Quick witted, funny, and sporting a haircut/beard combo suit for an eastern European hitman, the Argentinian streamer Duende Pablo is Spanish-language streamer that focuses mainly on battle royal games such as Fortnite. With 319,000 twitter followers under his belt, Duende Pablo easily takes his place among the most entertaining streamers.
