Atella and Galí, better known collectively as ATELLAGALI, is one of the first faith-based DJ duos established to reach youth through EDM (Electronic Dance Music). They’ve spent the last two years performing in clubs throughout the U.S. and they even DJ’d at Univision’s 2014 Premios Juventud.
Best known for their remixes of songs like JBalvin ft Farruko 6AM, Chino y Nacho’s Tu Me Quemas, Keane’s Starting Line, and the official remix of Mandisa’s Joy Unspeakable from her new album Get Up: The Remixes, the band did not disappoint with their latest music video, Close to Your Love featuring talented singer, Amanda Renee. AtellaGali is currently working on their first EP, which will feature worship leaders from around the world and other Gospel artists. With their DJ set blending live singers and instruments with Dance Music, Atellagali is looking to put EDM in a new light they call CDM (Christian Dance Music).
This interesting new take on EDM has us intrigued, but it only takes one listen to see that Close to Your Love is a work of art. ATELLAGATI are certainly breaking some molds, and proving that they’ve got what it takes to bring their careers to the next level.
