Jay Garcia is an artist to watch. The Dominican singer was born and raised in New York, by parents who were determined to raise him in Dominican tradition. He grew up listening to bachata and knew from a young age that he wanted to do something musical with his life. By the time he was a teenager, he was singing and writing songs, and now, he’s ready to take the stage and step his game up to the next level.
