The 20th celebration of Billboard Latin Music Awards marked a significant year for Despacito fans, Daddy Yankee, and Justin Bieber. Multi-award winning Puerto Rican artist Daddy Yankee came out on top that night with eight awards including “Songwriter of the Year” being Despacito’s co-writer. Luis Fonsi and Justin Bieber on the other finished off close behind Daddy Yankee with 7 awards each.
